Travel insurance for the elderly.

Hi,
We are going in October and will be taking my parents who are in their 70's. Both have preexisting medical complaints.
Can anyone recommend a travel insurance company that has reasonable prices. We have been shocked at the cost of some we have seen.

My Inlaws got a great deal with M&S Premium Club sadly no longer available this covered you up to the age of 80, they still insure up to 80 for a single trip to the USA I have no idea if they are good value M&S Insurance

I think my parents used Staysure. They both have pre existing conditions and thought it was good value. Some quotes they got were ridiculous!
