Travel Insurance for a vacation home rental?

Is it possible to buy travel insurance for a vacation home rental? If so, do you all know of any companies that provide this kind of insurance? My basic worry is having to cancel a reservation last minute due to a work issue, and having to pay the full rental price - not sure if travel insurance would even cover that.

To be able to cancel for work related issues, you generally will need a policy that allows you to cancel for any reason. These are both more expensive and less generous in benefits, with most paying only about 75% of your non refundable costs. You also have to book them soon after you put down a deposit.

If you live in the USA, there are a few trip cancellation plans that include "Cancel for Work Reasons".

Do you think everyone would cancel their trip if one of you had to work? Or just the person that had to work?
