Travel Insurance DVC

I've never purchased travel insurance. I am more worried about a canceled trip because of my moms age and health. I am concerned about airfare reimbursement, and what would happen to my points if we had to cancel right before. I'm pretty sure that as long as I don't activate the park passes they won't expire. We will traveling to WDW in October Looking for advice and suggestions for travel insurance companies that will cover these circumstances. Thank you ahead of time.

If asking about DVC offered TRIP insurance from TRAVELEX?

We find this to be VERY good. DVC owners - we buy this each use year. It's primary goal is to protect you point cost, with a very SOLID airfare and lost/delayed baggage insurance level.

THIS insurance is per "use year", not "per trip". As we travel 2x per year? It's a bargain for us .
