Travel from Chef Mickey's to AK

We have a PS at Chef Mickeys for 7am on a Monday. I just found out that the AK has EE day (8am entry) that same day.

Will we have enough time to get from one end of WDW to the other in time or should I chage it to a different day??

You don't say what time the early entry hour is, but to get from Chef Mickey's to AK take the Monorail to TTC and then get the bus to Animal Kingdom from there. Or possibly and I'm not sure (although I would think since they are a premium hotel they would have a direct bus) if they have a bus direct from the Contemporary. Maybe someone else knows this answer.

There is a direct bus from CR to AK but since early entry will start at 8, I can't imagine you will be there by then. It's probably a 15 minute ride once you're on the bus. And you probably want to enjoy your Chef Mickey experience, not feel rushed to make it to the bus.

I would either change your PS to another day or go to the MK after your Chef Mickey breakfast. If it were my family, we would go to the MK. Early entry is way overrated in our opinion.

I second the notion of skipping the AK EMH if you want to keep the Chef Mickey's on Monday. However, I'd advocate going to Epcot or MGM instead after your breakfast. MK is notoriously crowded on Mondays.

I'd hop the monorail to Epcot, instead.
