Travel for one?

My DD and I are going to WDW 11/29 through 12/3. My sister is flying in to meet us and will be coming in the evening of 11/29 and leaving evening of 12/2. I will be getting a rental car. I'm wondering, for my sister, what is the best mode of transportation. As much as I love her, I don't want to take hours of our short trip taking her back and forth to the airport. I know she could do Mears, but that takes a lot of time. What does a taxi run? Otherwise, I know TTC is about $80 rt.

You are right that Mears can take a while to get to your resort. But they are also the cheapest. I've seen several posts on taxi cabs and I believe most of them said they paid around $40 one way. For a single individual Mears is still your cheapest way to go.

I've used Mears in the past and never thought they took that long. I've never waiting more than 20 minutes. I think alot of that depends on what time the flight lands.
