This tuesday we hit our three week mark. Is that when our package gets sent? Also will we be notified of the arrival date?

I've gotten my travel docs anywhere from 10-21 days before departure. I remember getting a 'heads up' when we went to WDW, but I don't remember getting one when we've gone to DL. This is booking direct through Disney. Not sure what the deal is if you book through a 3rd party or TA.

I just received my documents 20 days before our arrival date. This was my first time booking through Costco for DL. I was getting nervous about when to expect them too. Especially because when I go to view my reservation the Disney Website says it's unable to display my reservation at this time and to call. We had to sign for the box at the door, glad we were home!

thanks for the info! tuesday is my 21 day mark. when I log into my account it says your documents will be sent. so hopefully this week!!
