March 12 is the deadline for entry, does that mean postmarked by the 12th, or there by the 12th?

The last time I checked the post it was changed to March 16th.

The 16th-Yes!! We got a good laugh today, I ran around here and got the video together and went to 3 stores before I found a place to mail it (that was open on Saturday). Then, as I was driving home realized it was the 13th!! When I posted the original question I was thinking it was the 12th today. Guess I'd better check my calendar more carefully! LOL
