the other day. I was wondering a couple of things that I had forgotten. First of all Dave, you are my hero! I am very much like you. I was cracking up out loud when I saw that you mentioned you didn't laminate the kids schedules

On our last trip in Oct. our vacation book was bigger than yours. My husband referenced several times, "glad you didn't laminate anything".

Serious question, do you like staying @ AKL? Is concierge worth it? We wouldn't like any restaurants @ AKL which is the main reason for not staying there, but was curious about concierge.

Thanks - I like my family, too!

The AKL concierge is good - but I'm not a big condierge fan. I mean, we spend more time in the park than need the extras at the Resort. I would rather stay in a regular room and spring for some extras in the park. As far as the restaurants go, you may want to give them a try. Before we stayed at AKL, I would have never been attracted to either Jiko or Boma - but not I could never make a trip without a visit. Take my bet - try Boma once, and I bet you'll do the same.

Now where's that check Boma?

Hi Dave-
I remember seeing that show with you on and let me just say that I am a stick to the plan kind of girl and I run from ride to ride at the park and may take aout a little kid or two to be first in line...jk....well maybe just a little exaggerated. I did think you schedule was nutty but now that you explain, great! I did pack ziplocks for our stuff on Kali and my fiance and brother thought I was crazy until we opened the protected area and everyone elses stuff on the ract was soaked but ours that was safe in the ziploc. Thanks for the tip!
