Does anyone know of any travel/message boards for Israel or Egypt? Going in November.

I didn't find one but if you do can you let me know. I went to Israel 3 yrs ago and can't wait to go back. Best trip I have ever had.

We went last year and really enjoyed it too. We saw so much in the time we were there that I almost went on overload. Some of the food I liked, some not so much. I have to be honest and admit that I'm not a very adventurous eater. The Dead Sea was amazing, but so was everything else too. :thumbsup2

We're looking forward to going back again in a few years. Our daughter and her husband hope to go with us next time.

I was in Haifa for Baha'i pilgrammage. We also stayed for a couple of nights in Tel Aviv. It was quite an experience one that I would like to do again. The food was good for the most part. I really did like trying different things and some things were really good over there but not so good here. Some things were so fresh over there. It reminded me a lot of the 50's. The history is amazing and for the most part the people were really nice. My kids were really upset and nervous with us over there but nothing happened.

My mother got pretty upset because she didn't want us to go, and our daughter wasn't too thrilled either. Once we got there, we never felt uncomfortable in any way at all though.

OMG, are you Baha'i? My youngest sister and her husband are and are spending three years at the Universal House of Justice in Haifa working for the center! They love it there and are having a wonderful time.
