Travel around US Thanksgiving

I am looking at DLP the week of 11/18/07 which is Thanksgiving week in the US. Any advice as to how busy or not it would be that week?
 
It should be very quiet if you go during the week as there is no school holidays.
 
This is not a celebrated holiday in Europe so you should be fine in DLP :goodvibes
