Anyone had problems getting travel agents to match online deals? Normaly i find the cheapest deal online, and then get the travel agent to match it, no problems.

This year Thomas Cook wont budge from their high street price.

I wouldn't expect a High Street travel agents to match an internet price. With the TA you are paying a premium for the personal service of your travel agent plus they have the overheads of maintaining the shop.
