Looking for a travel agent who does something small just to make the trip feel extra special for my kids. I have seen people mention that travel agents sent a small gift to the kids before the trip or surprised them with a little gift basket at check in.
It was our first trip and I just felt underwhelmed by our travel agent. I have seen others who have done these special things. I know commissions are not high but just spending a small amount to make my kids first trip extra special would have meant a lot.
On top of that it was just crickets before our trip. The last we heard from her was for dining. There was no reminder that lighting lanes were available to be booked 7 days ahead of time or asking if we had any questions. Luckily I did a lot of my own research and was on top of this. Not even a small email the day before saying hope you have a magical trip.
