I don't know about the specific company you mentioned, but I will say, as a travel consultant of 10 + years that any reputable travel consultant will not charge a service fee for a package.
Service fees do exist for airline tickets because the airlines quit paying commissions. First step was the stick it to their biggest "retailer". But now they are sticking it to everyone by cutting back on every little service possible. Food - pillows - blankets - they're all vanishing - while the cost of airfare is going up up up. (sorry - tangent there - I'm back...LOL)
The price will NOT be more expensive than if you paid (LONG DISTANCE CHARGES) to call WD Travel CO on their 407 number. Only travel agents get an 800 number for WDTC reservations (and yes, you DO have to enter a special ID number if you call. They will not assist you without it.) Travel consultants have the benefit of knowledge, skill, training and resources. We are able to check many different companies and compare them to find you, the client, the best price on the package you want. (which is why I recommend travelers use a LOCAL agent - they know the best vendors from your city - some person found on the internet in a completely different state might not have that information. - you can compare though! But don't waste your time - or the agents time - by calling 10 different agencies asking for the same info - there won't be THAT much difference.)
Good luck with booking - and ENJOY YOUR TRIP!!!!
