"travel agent" needs help :)

A friend of mine is going to WDW in April with the school choir. She hasn't been to WDW in a LONG time. I have given her the planning dvd and a couple disney magazines. I want to make sure she is not dissappointed as I have told her so much about it and she is REALLY excited. She is going to MGM and MK. I have been to WDW 11 times, so I know just about everything she is asking me (she calls me her travel agent. LOL). I just feel like I am forgetting to tell her ALOT. Could you all please give me your best tips on what to tell her?
Also, does anyone know where I can get a picture of Luke AKA the thrill guy from the Disney planning dvd?

I forgot to add....she isn't doing much planning being that the school is doing it. I gave her this website, but she was in a school play and hasnt had a chance to come check it out. Oh, I am going to give her my Birnbaum's 2004.

My two best resources that I found to be very helpful are two books found at your local bookstore:

1) Birnbaum's Walt Disney World (Expert Advice from the Inside Source) and,
2) The Unofficial Gude to Walt Disney World by Bob Sehlinger

The best advice is hard to tell . . . there's so much! Here are some of my favorites:

1) Go during Value Season
2) Make copies of the front and back of your Park Hopper Ticket. Should you lose it, it is easier to replace
3) Let her really get into this board! There is soooo much information here, as you know! I learn something new everyday! Plus, she will be able to best scope out things that might interest her that she would not otherwise know about
4) Tell her to "ENJOY" the trip and don't get too bogged down in the planning
