Travel advice from SFO?

Sort of a specific question. Hoping some other Bay Area members could help me out. My wife has struggled with ear problems since she was a child, so although we do go on flights (with special earbuds - they are a life saver), we avoid layovers.

I don't plan to leave until April and am trying to work out the pricing, but it looks like the only direct flight from SFO to MCO is through United Airlines. Is it true that this is the only airline that flies direct to Orlando? And if so, I was thinking maybe I should book early, because there isn't really a competition issue and I don't see a price drop for a single airline that flies direct (I could be wrong, I don't know much about searching for the lowest fares).

Any advice would be much appreciated!

United is the only airline that has a non-stop flight from SFO to MCO.

Many airlines have direct flights SFO-MCO. If you want a non-stop flight, it looks like United is the only one from any bay area airport.
