Trash room at Kidani

Can anyone tell me where the trash room is on the 5th floor at Kidani? I am here now and every time I ask, housekeeping says just give it to me and when I asked at the front desk they looked at me like I was crazy.

I can’t help you with your question,but trash should be picked up daily with the new rules.

It is picked up daily, but with 9 people and cooking two meals a day the trash builds up quickly. I did find out from a manager that the signs on the doors have been removed and replaced with cast members only signs, but the rooms are still the first door on the left when you take the elevator closest to the lobby.

How do you like the unit? Do you have room for 9 in a 2BR or are you in a GV?

We have stayed in the 2 bedroom with 9 before with no issues. This time we have a two bedroom and studio because there is a new grandson and we thought they would do better with the infant in their own room. We all hang out in the two bedroom when not sleeping.

Since they are billing us through our dues for the daily room checks, "trash service", they don't want us taking out own trash I guess.

That’s interesting.
We like to take the dirty diapers out before we leave for the park in the morning (especially if there were stinky ones!) When we had two in diapers, it was particularly necessary I wonder if this is happening with all the DVC trash rooms now.

Just take those dirty diapers to the front desk, they will quickly tell you where the trash room is located.

The front desk couldn't even tell me where the trash room was. The looks on their faces was priceless and to just get rid of me they said it was across from my room. I handed them two large pizza boxes and asked them to place them in the trash. Again the looks were priceless. They did not have a clue.
