Thanks, that makes sense, and it is what we've experienced, too (I always thought they just came a day early). So...here's the next question. I have friends that'll be using our points for a 2 bedroom for 4 nights. They'll have three kids with them. Having T&T on day 4 (the day before they leave) won't be nearly as useful as if it could happen on day 3. Has anyone asked for and received T&T service a day early?
