We have friends staying at BCV on our points next week. I want to explain to them how the Trash and Towel service works. Here is what the reservation states.
They are staying from June 14 to the 22nd, so a 8 night stay in a studio.
Towel/trash Svc on 6-21
Full Service on 6-17
So the way it stands now they will get new towels and a cleaning on the fourth night and then another set of clean towels on their last night.
They can change this right? They can simply call Housekeeping and ask to change the date right. They can also request more towels for a charge of $6 for set of four (there are four ppl. on the reservation) right?
