Hi everyone!!

What are your thoughts on the best way to transfer from POP century to universal studios and Islands of adventure? We are going on a 10 day trip in November and are planning to spend one day at universal and one day at IOA. We will be flying so we won't have a car, also, there are 8 of us. I've read reviews about MEARS bus transportation and heard that they stop at other resorts along the way making it a pretty lengthy pick up. We also will have an ECV. All recommendations are appreciated! Thank you!!

If your ecv can be broken down, and there are people in your group who are comfortable lifting the parts into the trunk, you could request 2 Uber and/or Lyft vehicles: one regular, and one larger (UberXL or Lyft Plus). The ecv should fit in the larger vehicle after it's been broken down. The larger vehicles normally carry 6 passengers, and the regular ones 4 passengers. If the ecv won't fit in the cargo area, you can ask the driver to fold down half of the back seat, and then you can put 4 passengers in each vehicle; or you could put some of the smaller parts in the trunk of the smaller vehicle.

If you're getting 2 Lyfts or 2 Ubers, each will need to be requested from a different phone on a different account, or you can get one of each on the same phone.

Mears also has a few taxis that can load ecv's or wheelchairs; I don't know whether you can schedule them in advance. You would still need an additional taxi, Uber, or Lyft to carry the rest of the group.

Yes, the ECV can break down. Thank you so much!!!
