Does anyone have recommendations for a service to take when checking out of Universal part of trip and traveling to WDW? I know the ride shares have WAV but I need to make sure I use a service that could transport the ECV and our luggage for four. (We want to pick up the ECV at our Universal hotel and leave it when we check out of WDW.)

If you don't want want to dissassemble your scooter you can take a Mears accessible van or you can order an accessible van through Uber. Uber has partnered with another company. Scroll down to the bottom of vehicle list look for MT Connect

Unless there’s been a major change, Uber does not offer WAV in Orlando.
Uber recently started offering wheelchair accessible vans in Orlando. ET Connect.

Edited to add How are getting from MCO to Universal? I asked the company I used for transportation for two, with luggage and dissasembled scooter

scooter is going to be a rental intended to pick up at hotel. So our transportation from MCO to Universal was just going to be a shuttle or taxi without accessibility needs. I don’t think we want to be in a situation of disassembling. I’m trying to determine if it even makes sense attempting to transport it from one hotel to the other versus just picking up a second one at our second hotel.

Real easy. Call Mears and book what you need. Scooter goes up a ramp. Piece of cake.

I was told by mears to call the day before and they will let you book then. Was that your experience? We need resort to resort to resort! Lol

Check the company you are renting from for pricing. We are renting a week at a time share, then to the Dolphin and then to Canana Bay. Saving hundreds transporting ourselves. May not be that much for you.

I called the day before to reserve.

A different trip.
I was going from Swan to Contemporary for dinner. Swan bus to TTC then monorail. I saw a Mears van drop off a pax. I walked over. It had a ramp. I took it.

You can reserve the day before. You can also try your luck day of.

Follow up to this, should I go through Mears Taxi Van or Mears Shuttle? They have different contacts.
