Transporting between airport and hotel

weird situation. we are traveling in January, we are staying at POP and have magical express as transportation. My sister is planning to fly with us, visit the parks for a few days, however she is staying off property with a friend. She will be going to POP with us the first night to visit Downtown Disney, we can't figure out how to get her from the airport to POP and then on the last day back to the airport. any great ideas.

You could list her on your reservation. Then she would qualify for DME. But, that may impact your room capacity. Or, you could just wait until you fly into MCO and have her head to the Mears desk, down by DME area. She should be able to book a ride both ways, but pay a decent price for it. Would she be leaving from POP or from her offsite area? That would make a difference as well. Might make it easier to have her leave from POP.
Or she could just book a towncar service...that would be about $120 r/t, plus tip.
