We are staying offsite when we go to WDW in December. A couple of the ressies we would like to make are at resorts (Grand Floridian, Polynesian, Fort Wilderness). Are we allowed use WDW transportation to go to the resort for our meal, or will we have to use our own transportation? I realize we don't have to pay additional parking fees, I was just thinking it would be easier if we could take WDW transportation to the resort and back instead of moving the car from the TTC to the resort and back.

Also, I've read about people having ressies at Crystal Palace before the park opens. Will the monorail or ferry be running from the TTC to MK early enough for offsite guests to make it to the park for pre-opening reservations?

It depends on how early. :p On Extra Magic days, I've heard that they don't run stuff from the TTC as early as on other days. But even then, you can walk over to the Poly and take the resort monorail if necessary.
