Transportation @ Vistana??

We will be staying there in a month and I'm looking for some advice.

How did you get from airport to Vistana?
How did you get back and forth from Vistana to Disney property?

I know that there is no complimentary shuttle service from Vistana, so I'm just trying to figure out the cost of taxi's vs. getting a rental car for the couple of days. Wondering what others have done in the past.

Rental cars are cheap in Orlando. Depending on how long you're going to be there, the transportation to and from the airport alone will probably cost just as much.

Also, it cost $7 per person a day for the shuttle to the parks...so renting a car is well worth it! And if you park a car, you can still hop from park to park with one parking fee...
