Transportation to Universal Studios from Disney Dream

We are taking Disney transportation from the airport to Port Canaveral. What is the best (less money but also fast) way to get to Portofino Bay at Universal Stuidos after the cruise? We would self disembark to get an early start.

Hiring a car service would be fastest.

You could rent a car and park it at the port to save time on getting to the car rental, but then you are paying to have the car when you are not using it and to park it at the port.
