Transportation to Universal City Walk

Well, thinking about going to see Blue Man Group after our day at AK. My question is, is there transportation that will pick you up at the park and take you to U-City Walk that you can call? OR Do you have to go back to your resort you are staying at and then the taxi/shuttle service will pick you up there? I know Disney does not provide service down there to U-City Walk. Don't want to rent a car just for this little excursion.


Are there any "deals" out there for shuttle services, etc./AAA? Our trip is not until October but if it is pretty expensive, will have to factor in the cost of the shuttle service along with the price of tickets for the show. There will be 4adults going.

Otherwise, I read on mousesavers.com that you can call a yellow taxi. The number is (407) 699-9999. Mousesavers also has a page you can read more about getting around in Orlando.

you can use the mears shuttle which is $19 per person rt from disney to universal.

you can make the arrangements from the concierge at your resort lobby.

taxi taken from dtd would cost you about $35 one way to the drop off section at universal.

private car service round trip could cost $100.

rent a car one day but you'll pay $3.00 for parking at the uo garage if it is after 6:00.
if you drive on a hhn night, the time for the discounted parking garage fee is 10:00 pm or after.

factoring in that the ride is needed for 4, the taxi cost might be the cheapest for all of you.
