Transportation to the Disney Institute for business courses

Hello all -

My cousin is attending a seminar next week (Wed, Oct. 12-Sat, Oct. 15). She is staying with us at BLT, and her sessions begin between 7:15-7:30 each morning. The sessions are taking place at the Yacht Club. Can you advise me/her on how to get from BLT to YC so early in the day? Is a taxi her only option? If so, does anyone know approximate costs for taxis from BLT to YC?
