I set up my ADR's last week for December 15th-21st. We will be using only Disney transportation to get around. I know it will take some time for us to be able to get to the various ADR's. This will probably be the only time my at that time wife and I will be able to go during Christmas season I have no issue with having to take a little time getting to the ADR's as it gives us a chance to explore and see the decorations. I would like some help though on figuring out the best routes to the restaurants though.

We are staying at CBR.

15th- 2:45 Tusker House. This will be easy as we will already be at Animal Kingdom that morning for RD.
16th- 6:45 Coral Reef. Once again we will already be at Epcot, so this is easy.
17th- 10:45 Chef Mickeys 6:20 Boma. This is a day I'm trying to figure how to plan. I have this as an off day to tour the resorts. Anyone have a good idea on how to do this?
18th- 6:30 Kona Café- We will be at Magic Kingdom that day.
19th- Going to try and do the Candlelight Processional with a lunch at Biergarten.
20th- 8:00 pm Narcossee's. We will be at Epcot that Morning take a mid-day break and go back to Magic Kingdom later that afternoon.
21st- 11am Be Our Guest- Easy as we will be going to MK that morning before we leave that afternoon to head home.

So I guess the biggest questions about transportation are going to be for the 17th (which is more like a how would you plan out your day), 18th, and 20th.

Thanks in advance for any advice!

On the 17th you have 2 choices -

1) Catch the bus from CBR to Epcot and take the monorail to the TTC. From there, take that monorail to the Contemporary

2) Take a bus from CBR straight to MK, hop on the monorail and ride over to the Contemporary.

To get to Boma, you would have to take the monorail over to Magic Kingdom from whichever resort you are at and catch the bus from MK to Animal Kingdom Lodge.

On the 18th, just take the monorail from MK to the Poly.

20th - Take the monorail from MK to Grand Floridian

You're biggest travel day is definitely going to be the 17th.

Also note that it is a short/easy walk between MK and the Contemporary. Depending on the wait for a monorail, sometimes walking is faster.

On the 18th, I'd you could take the boat from Magic Kingdom to the Poly. Or take the express monorail to the TTC and walk. Poly is the third stop from MK on the monorail, or second stop via boat.
On the 20th, I'd take the boat. Grand Floridian is the 4th stop on the monorail, but first stop via boat.

On the 17th, you can also walk from Magic Kingdom to the Contemporary, but the monorail is probably going to easier since it drops you off right next to Chef Mickey's. If you're planing to tour the resorts, you can start here and take a boat from the back of the Contemporary to Wilderness Lodge. From there, I bus back to MK and hop on the boat to Poly and GF, then back to MK for a bus to Beach Club. From there, walk to the Boardwalk, then the Swan and Dolphin, and then the boat to Hollywood studios. Catch a bus to Animal Kingdom Lodge. At that point, you've hit most of the decorations, so take bus to a park and then back to your resort.

I would take the bus from CBR to MK and then walk the path from MK to CR. tour CR before breakfast, and then after breakfast take a boat to WL, and then boat or bus to MK from WL to get a bus to AKL.
since you have extra time, you could hit the Epcot resorts if you'd like (and don't plan on that for another day). Options: (a) skip WL; walk from CR to MK bus stops and take bus to BC; tour BC, YC, BWI; take a taxi to AKL (or walk from BWI to DHS to catch the bus to AKL). (b) go to WL, then take a taxi to BC, tour Epcot resorts, get to AKL as noted above. (c) go to WL, take bus to DHS, walk to BWI; tour BWI, YC, BC and then taxi to AKL. i'd probably wing where i took taxis based upon what time it is/how much time you have to get to Boma

boat or monorail from MK to Poly. you'd need to get back to MK to catch a bus to your resort (boat or monorail from Poly)

same as getting to Poly - take boat or monorail between MK and GF

I'll focus on 12/17. IMO the must see Christmas resort lobbies are GF, WL and BC. To do that w/ your ADR's -
Take the MK bus from CBR. Walk over to the monorail and take the resort monorail over to the GF and check out the beautiful towering tree in the lobby, maybe grab a gingerbread snack for later from the life size gingerbread house. Reboard the monorail and head over to the Contemporary for your 10:45 ADR @ Chef Mickeys. After breakfast take the boat from the Contemporary out to the Wilderness Lodge. Stroll on up to the Lobby and perhaps grab some hot chocolate to sip while you sit near the massive fireplace and absorb the splendid tree.
Head out to the WL bus stop and take the DHS bus. Get off at DHS and turn right to go down to the friendship boats. Take the boat over to the Board Walk and check out their Christmas lobby display (they usually have a pretty neat one) and then stroll over to the BC and check out the life size chocolate carousel horses in the BC lobby. Then head out to the BC bus stop and take the AK bus (note AK closes at 6 pm.) @ AK switch over to the bus for AKL, get off at the second stop for AKL - Jambo. If you are a bit early, after you've admired the unique gift shop (you can short cut through walking up from the AKL bus stop - just follow the crowd) and the massive Christmas tree head on out back of the lobby and wander around the Arusha Savanna overlook then maybe sit in the chairs/rockers around the fire a bit. Head back in and downstairs for your Boma dinner. After dinner head out by the pool and walk around it to the left until you reach the Uzima Savanna overlook where the night vision goggles are and chat with the CM about what you are seeing. After you've had your fill of AKL's animals head back to AKL's bus stop to catch an Epcot bus. @ Epcot hop off and go over to catch a CBR bus back home (Epcot is open until 11:30 12/17.) If you don't want to call it a night after dinner at AKL, then grab a DTD bus at the AKL bus stop instead and go explore over there returning from DTD to CBR via bus.
