Transportation to Sea World?

What are our options for trasportation to and from Sea World? We are going to be staying at SS and we would like to take a day and travel to Sea World. We are taking the Magic Express, so we will be without a vehicle. Is there a place to rent a car at Disney? Is there any other transportation options? If so, what kind of expense are we talking about? Thanks!

One option that we have used was renting a car at the Car Care Center. The shuttle picked DH up at the resort and brought him right to the MK when it was time to return the car 2 days later.

It was very convenient. We had the car originally rented for only 1 day, but for medical reasons we needed it for a second day and got the same rate. While we had the car, we also did some extra grocery shopping.

I believe that you can catch the Lynx bus at the transportation and ticket center.(you can find a schedule on the orlando tourism site.)

www.golynx.com I took it from TTC to SeaWorld a few years ago. It was very easy. Go to their website for the times of pickup at TTC and then at SW for your return. It's about $1.25 or so per person each way. Have the exact change. When you board the bus tell the driver you want to go to SeaWorld...we didn't and ended up hiking back to SW from a stop way past it. You will be dropped off right at the parking lot entrance to SW. Cross the parking lot and you're at the entrance to the park. When you are ready to return to WDW, go back across the parking lot, cross the street, and head to the left, looking for the sign with the Lynx pawprint on it...not too far down, about 50' at most. It's about 25 minutes each way.

You can rent a car at the Dolphin or the CarCare Center at the entrance to MK. Or take a cab, towncar or the Mears shuttle. You have to call Mears beforehand and find out when they pick up at each resort.

To ge to Universal you will need to make a transfer not sure where As far as Sea World above poster is correct.The bus number route is #50 or 51 and the fare is 1.50 now exact change. You can go to the lynx web site and e-mail them they will be happy to give you the directs for getting to Universal from TTC.
