Transportation to Port Can from Orlando Hyatt?

We booked our own hotel (thru priceline) at the Hyatt Regency at the airport. I know they have a shuttle to the port in the AM. But I cant figure out how to book this. The hotel said to contact cruise line, cruise line said to contact travel agent, travel agent said to contact hotel. OH BROTHER!. Can anyone help me find out how to book this shuttle.

When I booked my cruise through DU, I booked transportation to the Port right then and there.

I booked my own airfare and hotel later. Who did you book your cruise with?? you should be able to book the transportation with them.

Also, depending on how many people are in your party, it might be cheaper to hire a private car service.

The Hyatt does not have a shuttle but you can book transfers with DCL. You will ride on a DCL bus to the terminal. If you booked your cruise through a TA call them and ask to add transfers to your cruise. As Dave said, you can also purchase these the day of the cruise in the lobby of the Hyatt. I believe these transfers are $50 per person round trip.

Also, like Gloria said, if there are more than 3 people in your party it might be more cost efficient to book a towncar or limo. This will also allow you to choose what time you want to be at the terminal, which can come in handy if you want to make Palo & Spa reservations. We use Happy Limo and they have benn great.
