Has anyone used a good inexpensive limo/shuttle company to get to and from the Philly airport? There are 6 of us going from Bucks County PA to the Philly airport in August.

We have to be at the airport around 9am (for our 11am flight), how much of a concern will traffic be?

If we drive ourselves we will probably need 2 cars since there will not be enough room for 6 people and our luggage in one car.

Hi! I don't know anything about a towncar service but I am from Bucks County (Doylestown) and I used to work right near the Philadelphia airport. To get there by 9, I had to leave at 7:30... and I drive fast. Since you are giving yourselves a two-hour window, I would say it's safe to leave at 7:30. That way, if it takes you two hours (worst case scenario) you will still be there 1 1/2 hours before your flight. The airport is not that big (not like Atlanta at least.)

Also try to find out if there is any construction going on on 95... they were doing stuff for a long time right there on Woodhaven that slowed things down a lot! I hope this helps! Sorry I don't know about car services but we have never had to use one!

I used Dave's Best a couple of times when I lived in Bucks.

Looks like it runs $17 and change per person to Philly airport. They were dependable and ontime. They sometimes pick up other riders, but with your size party, you probably would have the van to yourselves.

Hi There,
We also live in Bucks County(small world, all these fellow disers) We have sucessfully used Daves Best. You still may have other people to pick up on the way with only 6 guests. We have had up to 8 and still had other pick-ups. I believe their vans seat 12. The only down side to their service is they are not their waiting to pick you up. When you return you need to go to the house phone and call, then they will send a van to get you. You could always do a park n ride as well.

Have a great DISNEY VACATION!!!!! :sunny: :sunny: :sunny:
