Transportation to MK Question?

I was able to get an 8:15am ADR to BOG at the Magic Kingdom for our first full day at The Fort, April 12th. Should we take a boat to The Contemporary and walk over to MK? Or is there another way? What time should we plan on leaving our campsite in order to make the 8:15 ADR on time? Can you tell I'm an excessive planner?? Lol!

In November we had a reservation for CRT at 8:30. We arrived at 8:00 by taking the boat straight to the MK. They started running at 7:30 that morning. We were standing on the dock at FW and straight across the lake is where the boats are housed and serviced. Everybody started cheering when we saw the three boats all come out at the same time going to the Contemporary, WL, and FW.

Boat Direct to MK, Boat to Contemporary and walk, or bus to Wilderness lodge, then bus to MK.
