Transportation to MK from BWV for early ADR

We're staying at BWV and have an 8:05 Crystal Palace ADR. Believe it or not, I have never actually driven to the MK. I've always taken some sort of Disney transportation (boat, monorail, bus). I'm wondering how long the buses take to get from BWV to the MK, and whether or not it would be better to drive. I know that if I drive, I have to park, take a tram, take a ferry/monorail.

Is it faster to drive or take the bus?
How early do the buses leave in the morning?
How much time should be allow if we do drive?

We stayed at the Dolphin and had the same dining situation. We got to the bus stop at 7:25 and it was fine. It is probably 10 minutes faster to take the bus. I just wouldn't want the hassle of taking my car back to the resort, especially after a long day of park walking.

Thanks, shannonstar. I'm worried about eating and making rope drop and just don't want to be late. I just checked our ADRs and they are 8:15! It will probably be close no matter how you slice it.

Do you know how early the buses start running?

Good to know. I have never made it to the bus stop before 7:20, so I thought 7 was a good estimate.
