Transportation to/from Seaworld and Disney??

What is the best way of getting to Seaworld from a Disney Hotel?

A cab if you don't have you own car. There is no direct transportation from one to the other

We are using Uber to get from Disney to Discovery Cove and also to go to Universal.

We rented a car from Alamo and it was SOO super easy and fast (if you sign up for the free Alamo insiders thing). No desk, no kiosk, just check in online ahead, print your paperwork, and pick which car you want from the right row. After baggage claim, we were in our car and driving off in less than 10 minutes. Also, when we turned it back in, they had guys with luggage carts to help you (who expect a small tip). Having a car (we went to Legoland and Seaworld) was the best decision we made. We stayed at Art of Animation. Took us 5-10 minutes to get to Downtown Disney, Hollywood Studios, Epcot, and Animal Kingdom. We took the bus for Magic Kingdom (because of the monorail, ferry deal) and I hated it! I hated waiting, I hated that some were not well air conditioned, and having a stroller on them was a huge pain.
