No. There is a shuttle available bookable through a link on the Aulani web site.(Hele Hele Shuttle service https://www.heleheleshuttle.com/). I think we paid $25 pp from the resort to the airport, plus gratuity. That was a discounted DVC rate over a year ago, so YMMV.

I can't imagine visiting Aulani and not renting a car.

There is so much more to Oahu than the Ko Olina resort area.

Yes, transportation from and to Aulani is included in excursions bought through Aulani.

Yes, transportation is included in excursions booked through Disney, as described on the web site. We booked one of the Pearl Harbor excursions through Disney. It was popular enough that there were at least three medium-size buses heading there on the day we did that. I highly recommend this excursion.
