How do I get to and from Blizzard Beach from Pop Century using Disney busses?

How do I get to and from Blizzard Beach from Pop Century using Disney busses?

From POP take the bus to Animal Kingdom and switch to the Blizzard Beach bus.

It will be clearly marked at the bus stop too. It will show which bus to take for each water park.
