Transportation schedule and other questions

I'm thinking about taking the 4 day Wonder Nov. 30. It will be the first cruise for DS 11 (12 during the cruise) and I. I'm not going to book a package.

I want to stay at All Star Sports 3 nights before the cruise and 4 nights after the cruise. I plan to use Mears for transportation from and to MCO.

I want to buy the cruise line transportation to get to the ship.
Is there a web site that list the time schedule that the bus leaves the resorts for the cruise? What about the bus that leaves from AK? How early do you have to check in for the bus? Can you take your luggage over the night before?

I want to take the first bus that leaves WDW. If we do, will it get us there in time to schedule spa treatments, and Palio's? (I'm a single parent so I'll have to do all the running around).
Has anyone ever had dinner alone at Palio's? If so, did you feel out of place?

Can I take a DCL bus to the resort after the cruise?

Does Mears provide transport from WDW to the ship? If so, how much is it?

We did our 7 day WDW stay after our 3 day Wonder last June. We used DCL bus transfers from the airport to the ship, and then from the ship to POR after the cruise. I am not sure what the schedule is from the resorts to the ship is, nor what exact resorts they transfer from. I believe there are only select resorts that they transfer from resort to the port. I am sure that DCL would be able to tell you if you call. Good luck! The cruise is unbelievable! We are now going on the 7 day Eastern in September 2003!
