Transportation questions - Uber/Lyft

So we've got kind of a wonky trip coming up...we had to shuffle things around because we totally forgot about our daughter's dance recital. We are flying into Orlando on June 6th and probably doing Mears Connect from MCO to Wyndham Lake Beuna Vista at Disney Springs. We are staying one night there and then heading to Pop the next day for a week. After that we are heading to Universal for 2 days, staying at the Hyatt Place across the street. So I'm trying to figure out the best transportation option to get from Wyndham to Pop, Pop to Hyatt Place, and then Hyatt Place back to MCO. Are Uber/Lyft the best options? How early are they typically available? Are prices between the 2 pretty similar usually?

We use Lyft most of the time and found the pricing to be reasonable. Prices will vary but don't think it will be crazy expensive.

If you are making lots of different short trips, I would also price out a rental car. Paying for any of those on-line taxis adds up if making many trips. Gives you the most flexibility on going various places on short notice. Things like going back and forth for dance recital practice are some other examples where you might need the transportation flexibility. Eating off-site from Disney is also less expensive and having your own transportation makes that more practical.

They are typically available 24 hours - so typically as early as you need.
The prices between the two are pretty similar usually - within a few dollars.
