Looking at cruising with a friend. Original plan was to stay at the MCO Hyatt, but the room prices on our dates are quite expensive. If we stayed at a WDW resort hotel instead, could we both use the magical express even if we arrive at different times? Or do we have to ride it together as 1 party? We will be flying from two different airports, so our arrival times may vary.

Transportation from MCO to WDW resorts via Magical Express is available to everyone staying at a resort. You don't have to travel together.

Thanks - When I was checking out prices on Disney's site at checkout it would only let me put in info for 1 flight. I figured someone here would know.
