Transportation Question about the Swan

I'll be staying at the Swan for the first time this weekend and I have some transportation questions.

1 - Is it reasonable to walk to Epcot? I have stayed at the Beach Club and walked from there with no problem, but it seemed like the Swan was a ways from the Beach Club. Just wondering about distance. If no, I assume the launch is the best way?

2- What about transportation to DHS? I'm assuming the launch is good there also, but is there a bus? I may be at DHS for extra magic hours one night and am wondering about getting back at midnight; do the launches go that late?

3 - Last but not least (and not really related to the Swan), is there a way to get to DHS from the back of Epcot (International Gateway)? Or do I need to go back to the front of the park?

Thanks!!

The walk from the Swan is probably 5 minutes longer than the walk from the Beach Club - very doable. The walk to DHS is a bit further, but also doable I think it took us 15 minutes to walk from the Dolphin to the International Gateway and 20 minutes to walk to DHS. We usually walked TO the parks in the morning and took the Friendship boats back. The good news, if you want to take the launch to DHS is the Swan/Dolphin is the last stop, if you are going to Epcot, you have to stop off at the Beach Club/Yacht Club/Boardwalk, so walking is usually faster. You can take the boat from IG all the way to DHS and vice versa. I'm not sure how late they run.

The boat runs: Epcot (IG) > BW > YC-BC > S-D > DHS > S-D > YC-BC > BW > Epcot (IG)
There is no way to the front of Epcot without walking through the park. No bus to Epcot or DHS.

Yes, it's walkable to EP, but the launch is available if you don't feel like walking. We stayed at the Dolphin and would typically walk to EP and then boat back when we were tired from park touring.

The launch is AWESOME from Swan/Dolphin to DHS. Last to pick up, first to drop off! There is no bus, so you either take the boat or walk (which isn't bad. We have actually walked back to EP resorts and beat many boats!)

Yes, you can take a boat from EP IG to DHS or walk.

It is very easy to walk all the way around the Epcot area resorts. The boats are quite convenient, but they are slow. I am a 60+ year old woman that is overweight, has bad knees and uses a cane to get around. I could beat those boats from the Swan / Dolphin to the IG at Epcot. Just saying'. Those boats are SLOW. It is a nice ride though and gives the tootsies a rest.
