Transportation from WDW to Miami

We are planning a Disney cruise wedding and I'm trying to work out how to get 15+ people from Disney Resorts to the port. Do you know roughly how much the cost would likely be?

Aside from hiring a bus, I'd say everyone needs to get a rental car. There's no direct transportation from WDW to Miami that I'm aware of.

What about a Van shuttle? That is more what I was thinking of.

Rental car companies often do have 15 passenger vans, although that might not leave enough room for any luggage. You might try contacting some of the transportation services in Orlando like Happy Limo, and see if they offer anything that would take you to Miami.
