transportation from Sanford

Can anyone recommend a shuttle service for 7 of us with luggage from Sanford airport to the Caribbean beach resort

Not aware of any shuttle systems but others here may know some

quite a few of private car services and one I have used is Tony Hinds

I used TIffany Towncar to get from Sanford Airport to Animal Kingdom Lodge.

we rent a cheapo car, stop for groceries and return it, usually a day or 2. plenty of hotels take them back. usually alamo.

I would really recommend renting a car, or van. A car service is going to be expensive. The drive is pretty easy and straightforward.

Will a 7 pax minivan have enough room for your luggage? If so price it. Car service might make the most sense.
