transportation from POR to Universal

I have a party of 5 and we are going to Universal one possibly two days of our stay. What would be the cheapest way to get from POR to Universal and back?

Also can you do both parks at Univeral in one day?

There will be three adults and 2 children ages 6 and 5.

Any suggestions/info is greatly appreciated.

When we stayed at the POFQ, there were 7 of us and we wanted to go to Sea World. We rented a car for the day, several hotels in DTD have car rental places. Dollar is at the Grosvenor Resort.
We had booked a minivan for $45 for the day, I took a cab to to the hotel and then drove back to the POFQ for the group and then headed out to Sea World.
After the day at Sea World we dropped off the car, and then I walked to DTD and took the bus back to the POFQ, it worked out really well.
