Transportation from parks to Disney Springs?

Is Disney still offering bus transportation from the parks to Disney Springs or do I need to transfer at a resort?

I think after 2 pm buses go straight to DS, I could be wrong on the time but I know they do run.

 

[Accident]

After 4pm you can go direct to springs (there is no bus back to the park).
