How do I get from one theme park to another - for example from MGM to AK? Do I have to transfer at the TTC or a resort? Are there buses directly from one Theme Park to another? Thanks

There are no buses that go from park to park. You will need to go DTD or another resort & catch the bus. The Monorail serves Epcot & MK.

There are buses that go park to park (although I think the buses for MK go to TTC). There are no buses from the theme parks to DTD.

Separate park to park buses from Disney MGM Studios run to the TTC for the MK (bus stop #11), directly to AK (bus stop #6) and to Epcot (bus stop #5).

Very close... At the Studios, Epcot is #6, and AK is #5. :)

It should be noted that to get to/from the MK and another park, one must go to the TTC.

MGM used to run a bus to DtD after 3:00pm--do they not do this anymore?

Okay, so now you know. I'm dyslexic. :p The words were all there. All you had to do was put them in the right order. LOL!

If it's any consolation, I have to pause and take a second or two to make sure I get them right myself. The other two are Coronado and Old Key West (2 & 3)... i have to make sure I dont mix those up either... lol

Dyslexia gotta love (:

Okay, I think I get it - just verifying (Sorry to be so dense :-)) The answer is - except from the MK - buses DO run Park to Park. Right? MGM to AK is # 5, MGM to Epcot is #6. Can I assume it is the same number in the reverse direction eg. #6 goes From Epcot To AK also? Do I need to remember these numbers or are the buses labelled with the park name also? Thanks for all your help!

Each park has different bus stops. Never fear, both the stop itself will have a sign, as well as the bus. And, there will be Bus Info signs that can direct you.

Animal Kingdom will have buses to TTC (#14, for the MK), Studios (#12), and Epcot (#13).

Studios will have buses to TTC (#11, for the ML) Epcot (#6), and DAK (#5). Studios also has a boat that runs to the World Showcase.

Epcot will have a Monorail to the TTC (for the MK), buses to Studios (#7) and DAK (#2). There is also a boat from the WS to Studios.

Magic Kingdom has no direct park to park transportation. One must take the Ferry or Monorail to the TTC.

The TTC has a Monorail to Epcot, and buses to the Studios and DAK.

Downtown Disney has *NO* theme park transportation.

Did they reconfigure the AK bus stops recently? It used to be TTC from #11 and #14 was unused.

Yes... In order to make room for the All-Star Movies split, they moved the Epcot Resorts over to #11... I'm hoping they'll push Studios back to 15, so that they can split them... but that is still yet to happen. (

Tyler--Think you can get them to do something about those really blurry signs at the PI stops ;)

Okay Tyler, get your act together. :p

Your original reply in this thread said AK had TTC in #14, Studios (#12), and Epcot (#13). Now you're saying that Epcot is in #11. I'm confused enough now that I know that my list of AK stops is out dated now. Which is it for Epcot?

Here's my old list of AK stops. Anything else change?

Disney's Animal Kingdom
1 - Wilderness Lodge & Grand Floridian
2 - Contemporary & Polynesian
3 - All-Star Resorts
4 - Swan, Dolphin, Yacht, Beach, and Boardwalk
5 - Caribbean Beach
6 - Port Orleans
7 - Animal Kingdom Lodge
8 - Coronado Springs
9 - Old Key West
10 - Fort Wilderness Outpost Depot
11 - Transportation & Ticket Center
12 - Disney-MGM Studios
13 - Epcot
14 - Blank
15 - Blank

Golden - I think Epcot is still #13. He said they moved Epcot RESORTS down to #11. I think your list shoud read #4 as additional All Stars (movies?) and then make #11 Swan, Dolphin, Yacht, Beach and BW.
