Transportation from OKW to MCO

We're heading to OKW in a few months. One member of our party has to leave a few days before the rest of us and I'm wondering about transportation from OKW to MCO. I haven't done much research, but it seems, from reading these boards, that Mears is probably the least expensive option. I assume I need to make prior arrangements for pickup??? Thanks for any information you can give me.

Mears shuttle requires no advance reservation for MCO to WDW. You go to the ticket booth in baggage claim and buy your tickets.

If you are just going back to MCO then you call and make a reservation for pick up. I would call 48 hours prior to your planned return date.

They are not always the cheapest. Towncar services may be cheaper for a family of four -- certainly no more. And you get reserved door to door service!

We use Cartier Towncar (http://www.cartiertowncars.com/). There are several other towncar companies that have served others on these Boards very well from their comments.
