Are there busses that go from resort to resort? I'm staying in All Star Movies. What if I have a ADR at the Contempory or the Polynesian and I don't have access to a car? Will busses take me from resort to resort?

As far as I know, the only way to go from resort to resort is from your resort take a bus to the nearest park and switch to the resort of your choice via bus.

for some early morning breakfasts when the buses are running before the parks actually open, the park bus will take you to the closest resort, if you ask the driver. For example if you are trying to get to the contemporary, get on the MK bus and talk to the driver. They will take you if time allows. After the parks are open, you need to go to the park and transfer.

If you're trying to get from ASM, just hop on the MK bus. If you get dropped off at the TTC, hop on the monorail to CR or walk to the Poly. If you get dropped off right at MK, you can walk to CR or monorail to Poly.

Buses from the resorts go to the MK, not to the TTC. Someone taking a bus from ASM would never get dropped off at the TTC

Maybe true, but some buses do stop at the TTC, like ones from DtT, etc. I'm just trying to cover all the bases, in case they somehow end up at the TTC.

I thought I had a handle on all the abreviations but what is DtT? If you mean Downtown Disney, there are no busses between the TTC and DTD.

The only WDW busses that stop at the TTC are
AK bus
MGM bus
Epcot bus (after the Epcot monorail shuts down)
WL bus (after MK closes)

The best PLAN is to take the bus from the All Stars to the MK, and then walk or monorail to the CR, or monorail/boat to the PR.

You are welcome to tell teh druver where you are heading, if they have time they will often offer to take you to the resort you are headed to--but NEVER count on this.

WDW suggests a minimum of one hour travel time allowance between resorts. Of course there are exceptions--walking between the S/D/YC/BC/BW or between the PR and GF obviously come to mind.
