Transportation from MCO to Registration

Hello, my daughter will be on the ICP this summer from May to July. My question is upon arriving at MCO is there a Disney shuttle to take the ICP's to the registration area at Vista, if so is there a fee to be paid?

In the DCP web page is all the information you can, Disney dont provide the transportation but they have a discount coupon of $5 off for a total of $15 for the bus with Mears Transportation from MCO to Vista Way where she have to register! But first she have to be already accepted and pay the fee ($104.50) before all the information is available for you and your daughter....
