Transportation from MCO to Hilton Bonnet Creek

My DH just found out his February conference is at the Hilton Bonnet Creek. I plan on going with him. We usually drive and stay on-Disney property, so I have a transportation question. l plan on using the shuttle to the parks during the day. We will also use the shuttle to get to some resort restaurants (I realize we will have to go to a park, then a resort). My question is how do we get from MCO to the hotel? I noticed they do not have a shuttle. We really don't want to have to rent a car since we are on a tight budget for this trip. Is a cab the only alternative?

You can use Mears' shuttle, cost about $35. per person round trip from the airport and back. This serves many hotels and resorts in the area and is different from the resort to parks shuttle.

They have counters on both the A and B sides at MCO; you can also reserve in advance and you must reserve at least a day in advance of check out for your trip back.

Thanks for the info. I just found out though that a cab will be paid for as part of the convention expenses. So a cab it will be!
