transportation from Long Beach to DL

i have to pick my friends up around 11am on a thurs., anybody got any ideas about the traffic that time of day from anaheim??

We are going in July and have 6 people total (2 are under 3). Would it be cheaper to reserve a shuttle or take a taxi. I have seen van taxis at LGB, are they more expensive than the car taxis? Also are taxis a flat rate no matter how many people you have? Thanks for any help anyone can give me!

I actually called the i think it was called the yellow cab and they told me that the taxis at LGB have a flat rate to DL hotels for 36.00 per cab? That is what I am being told anyway I was hoping that someone on here had used a cab before. But at the 35 for me and then 9 for each of my 2 kids it is cheaper for me to pay the cab fee. I also had found on the LGB website under transportation the fee for flat rate was 40
