transportation from heathrow to dover

We used an organization called International Friends which got us a day trip to the Harry Potter Studio and then dropped us off at our hotel in London late afternoon. Very convenient and efficient. But if not interested in Harry Potter - then not a good solution.

What is Hampton court? We will most likely be staying near airport for one or two nights.

It's one of the Royal palaces of the UK. Probably it's best known for being the home with Henry VIII. It really is an interesting place to visit - the castle, the grounds, the maze. It's just a few miles from Heathrow which is why it would make a nice relaxing day trip if you're just staying the one day before leaving on your cruise.

Thank you for this! We'll arrive early Friday afternoon. I plan on just working out in the gym and sleeping Friday. Saturday we'll need something to do. We've been to London a couple of times and I really don't feel the need to pay the high hotel and transportation cost to go into central London. I can stay at the Hilton Garden Inn near the airport for 122.00 USD per night with breakfast included. I plan on using Disney transportation from the airport Sunday morning.

for those of you who have used Disney Transportation from Heathrow to the port: Would they pick us up in the terminal we are flying into (terminal 3), or would we have to get to another terminal to be picked up?

BTW, Sofitel at Heathrow is an option for Fall 2019.

The transfer page - https://disneycruise.disney.go.com/guest-services/ground-transportation/

It just says "Upon arrival at London Heathrow International Airport or London Gatwick International Airport, proceed through Immigration. A Disney Cruise Line Representative will be available outside the Baggage Claim area to direct you to your designated transportation." This seems to imply that they would have a greeter at each terminal where they have guests on incoming flights. But, I would definitely call and make sure.

We are flying into London two days before embarkation, and plan to return to the airport to take the DCL shuttle. Here is my question: during online check-in, do I enter in my actual flight that arrives Friday, although the DCL transportation is on Sunday? Also, does DCL transport the luggage from the airport directly to my stateroom? If so, is this also available if I fly in on Friday, but take the DCL transportation on Sunday?

Regarding transfers in NYC: If i purchase DCL transfers, do they take the luggage from outside my stateroom directly to the airport and check it in with my airlines, so I do not see my luggage from outside my stateroom until I land at my final destination?

Thanks for your help.
